La Rochelle Business School (Groupe Sup de Co La Rochelle), founded in 1988, is a major regional player (La Rochelle, Poitou-Charentes – France). The School’s mission is to provide undergraduate, graduate and executive business education, develop knowledge in business and management through research, disseminate results to the academic and professional communities and contribute to the territorial and regional economic future by mobilizing its networks and areas of expertise (sustainable management and tourism).
The School is a member of the ‘Conférence des Grandes Ecoles’. It has an enrollment of 3 200 full-time undergraduate and graduate students, 105 full-time faculty, and offers 5 different programs.
La Rochelle Business School is accredited AACSB, EPAS (Grande Ecole Programme and Bachelor of Business Administration), TedQual (Tourism Management) and AFAQ ISO 9001.

Description du poste

The successful candidate will deliver teaching in the following areas : Supply Chain Management, Information Systems for SCM, and Logistics (transportation/warehousing/stock management).

Profil recherché / Compétences requises

Applicants should hold a doctorate or PhD degree, and display evidence of an ability to publish regularly in FNEGE or CNRS highly-ranked journals, as well as an aptitude to teach to the highest standards at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
Applicants should be fluent in English, as their teaching responsibilities will be mainly in English. A basic knowledge of French and international experience are an advantage.

Candidates should submit a letter of application, a full curriculum vita (including a description of teaching activities and current research in progress), one or two research papers, evidence of teaching effectiveness, copies of diplomas and at least 2 confidential letters of reference which must be forwarded directly to the School. We encourage candidates to describe their experience using a variety of teaching methods and curricular perspectives. The selection committee may ask candidates for supplementary information.
