ESCE is one of four accredited Schools of the Omnes Education Group. specialized in the fields of management and digital engineering, that are federating their research and support for the professional development of faculty members within the Omnes Education Research Center & Faculty.
The full-time position is intended to be filled at the senior level.
This is a 5-day position: 4-day position at ESCE, with the 5th day dedicated to coordinating, leading and managing research development projects for the Omnes Education Research Center & Faculty.
We are seeking a faculty member with a track record of pedagogical excellence in teaching Finance/Accounting/Control/Financial management, in both English and French.
Independently of the scientific quality of his/her application, the candidate must demonstrate an interest in undertaking impactful research, setting up and managing collective research projects (company chairs, European projects, funded projects, etc.), and publish in well-recognized academic journals (Q1 to Q4). With significant experience, he/she must hold a PhD and a HDR, prove his/her ability to supervise doctoral thesis work and his/her integration into leading academic networks. The potential candidate should demonstrate how his/her work fits with the scientific axes of the Research Center.
The expected start date is January 2024.
Applicants must hold a PhD in Finance/Accounting and a HDR with a significant publication record in ranked journals (ABS and FNEGE lists) in those fields. Successful candidates should demonstrate excellent teaching ability at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. Ability to teach in both English and French is essential.
